How do i book festival tickets?

Booking tickets for the festival is easy, just head down to the checkout below, select your ticket type, select your parking, select any add-ons and then checkout. If our checkout below isn't working, hit read more for the link to WeScanTickets online page.

when do early bird tickets end?

Early bird tickets and weekend tickets finish at 11.30pm the night before. Day tickets will then be available at gate prices from 1.00am the day of the festival.

help I can't find my tickets! 

When you order tickets on WeScanTickets, a confirmation is sent to the email address you entered for the order. Please note that our staff are on site the of week of 26th August and may not be able to help with your enquiry. Use the support page on WeScanTickets for any ticket enquiries.

Help I've bought the wrong tickets! 

If you need to change your ticket then follow the link to contact the WeScanTickets helpdesk.

what are add on's

This year we have the option of adding forward prepaid parking and merchandise to your order with your tickets. These can be added after you've bought your tickets by simpling placing another order.

is there a carer ticket?

There is a disabled carer ticket option which admits one carer and the person they are caring for. Please email us at info@northeastdogfestival.com to book. Disabled parking must be prebooked and is accessible with a blue badge that you must show to our stewards.

If you still need help, you can access the help centre at WeScanTickets.

Please bring your tickets to the event either on your phone or a printed copy. Each person should have a separate ticket. Any child 16 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult. We recommend writing a phone number on the wristbands of any children you bring. Gates open at 9.00am. Parking available from 8.30am. Dogs MUST be kept on leads during the entire event unless taking part in a secure and under instruction activity. This includes parking fields. No dogs are to be left in cars in the parking fields. Please do not use an extendable lead. 

Whilst The North East Dog Festival advertises events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.

By entering into the dog festival you are agreeing to take full responsibility for any injury or damage to your dog(s) and it is not the liability of The North East Dog Festival or any of the corresponding clubs running events. You are fully liable for your animal should they cause any damage or injury.

Any dog showing aggressive behaviour at the show will be asked to leave with no refund given. Please make sure you keep your dog close and do not allow them to invade the space of other dogs and /or children. Please consider whether your dog's temperament is suited to such a busy event. We also ask that you do not bring dogs who have been unwell. 

We also ask parents to be vigilant and not let their children invade the space of any dogs or interact without the permission of the owner. 

Dogs must be kept on lead at all times for the duration of the event; including the car park. The exception to this is if you are taking part in an activity under instruction. Please be aware that some dogs may be too young to participate in some of the activities offered. 

In the interests of hygiene make sure you pick up after your dog and use the bins provided.

Any photos/videos taken by official show photographers/videographers may be used in future for promotion of the show.

Visitors are reminded that the terrain of the show may be unstable please be aware of the possibility of slips, trips and falls. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear for walking in fields. 

Tickets are non refundable but are transferable in the event of festival postponement. 

By entering the show you are agreeing to the above disclaimer and that the images/videos taken may be used in any future advertising or promotions.

Went for the first time last year with my dog Lenore! She's a Romanian Rescue, she can be a little nervous of specific dog breeds but she did incredibly well. She also got 2nd place for Best Rescue and she swam for the first time! She had a blast and so did I.
