Take Away The Tears Charity Dog Show

Take Away The Tears is one of the charities hosting a dog show at this years festival.  Entry is pay on the day.

Find out more about Take Away The Tears below...

Take Away The Tears is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting dogs and other animals that have been abused, neglected or abandoned. They provide much-needed supplies to the volunteers who rescue, rehabilitate and rehome the animals in their care. They provide food and accessories for the animals themselves, as well as equipment and monetary support.

In 2015, co-founder, Sue Nuttall, joined the world of rescue when she adopted the first of her dogs from Cyprus. Realising the huge number of dogs in kennels and sanctuaries, Sue determined to make their lives as comfortable as possible whilst they waited for their own forever home. Take Away The Tears was born and since then dogs, cats and even horses, have benefitted from the overwhelming support from followers in the UK and abroad.

Sue Nuttall commented “We are honoured to have been asked to host one of the two dog shows on the day and are looking forward to welcoming many of those that normally support our own show each year. It’s good to know that the work we do in the world of rescue is recognised and we’re delighted to be able to use the opportunity to raise awareness of this, and how the support we receive helps so much.”

Judges are Marina Nicolaou and Kellie Wills
