NEDF winner Lola is crowned 2025 Scruffts Champion on the world famous green carpet!

Last year The North East Dog Festival welcomed its first ever Kennel Club Scruffts qualifier and dogs from all over the country came to compete with the hope of making it onto the green carpet.

It was another feather in the festival's cap and the team were on the edge of their seats as the four festival finalists took to the big stage.

Broadcast to millions they watched as not one but two of the festival category winners made it to the top four finalists.

Then one of the festivals own qualifiers went and won! It was amazing to hear the festival mentioned on such a big stage….flying the flag for the North East.
